The Preston Meadow Homeowners Association (HOA) in Plano Texas welcomes you to our website. The Preston Meadow neighborhood is located in West Plano, North of West Parker Road, between Coit Road and Ohio Drive. The Preston Meadow neighborhood is located on both the east and west sides of Preston Meadow Drive. Plano, TX is located about 20 miles North of Dallas, TX.

This website was established for the convenience of the property owners and their guests.

Our fee for the RC package is $175, payable in advance.  Payment is due to Preston Meadow HOA and can be mailed to PO Box 260991, Plano, TX  75026-0991 or delivered directly to the Treasurer by prior arrangement. We will email the RC package to you.

  

If you are refinancing your home, the Treasurer will provide an account status statement without charge. A minimum fee of $25.00 is assessed if your mortgage company requires additional information.

Preston Meadow Homeowners Association (Preston Meadow HOA or PMHOA) is a mandatory membership HOA charged with maintaining the appearance and value of the Preston Meadow neighborhood for the benefit of all of the homeowners. Owners in the neighborhood are bound by the bylaws, covenants and control bulletins posted elsewhere on this website, and on file in the county records.  These documents are part of your title and you agreed to be contractually bound to comply with them when you purchased your property.  Your Board of Directors is elected at the annual meeting, and is an all-volunteer board that works hard for you.  Please feel free to explore this website for more information about your HOA.
